Every order starts with a message through the contact page and ends with a bank transfer. Nothing is bought on the site itself, so you can ask questions at each stage.

Send an enquiry
Use the contact page to tell us which service you are interested in: a sponsored feature or the ad-free newsletter. Include your business name, town and a few lines about what you have in mind.

Short conversation
An editor replies by email or phone to ask about your business, the story you would like told and any photographs you already have. This helps us judge scope and plan the work.

Written quotation
We send a written quotation listing what is included, the price in Canadian dollars and what could change it. Read it at your own pace and ask for changes before you agree.

Confirmation and work
Once you confirm in writing, we schedule the feature, interview you and prepare the draft. You review the text before publication, and it is clearly labelled as sponsored.

Invoice and payment
We issue an invoice, paid by bank transfer. Cancellations and refunds follow our payment and refund policy, which explains what applies at each stage of the work.
